Applicant(s) warrant to the Credit Union that the information submitted is true and correct. The Credit Union reserves the right to verify the information provided and request copies of certain identifying documentation in our sole discretion. Applicant(s) authorize the Credit Union to use the IRS backup withholding selection of the primary Applicant on file for the new share account(s). If applying for a loan or credit card product, individual Applicant(s) consent to the disclosure of any adverse action information regarding this loan to other applicants. By submitting this application, you agree to allow us to receive this information contained in your application, as well as the status of your application.
